It does not matter how long ago you have exercised, what matter is that you start! The Couch to 5K program is a great way to get you off the couch, and on to your fitness & weight loss journey!

This Free program is very simple, easy to follow, and if you stick to it, you will get to run your first 5km in a minimum of 8 weeks. If it takes a bit longer - that is fine too! Just starting and getting into an exercise habit is the goal here. 

An important note however: Please ensure you are in good health and do not push yourself if you are unsure.
