Each client and session is different and my focus is on getting bodies to move functionally and making our sessions count.

WICO Fitness is the new home for Nico Mentz Personal Training and is a Strength & Conditioning facility aimed at providing a broad range of fitness and wellness services to the public.
They provide each member with a sanctuary from the rush of life by offering private and exclusive facilities, with an abundance of professionalism and knowledge provided by highly qualified trainers.
At WICO, you’ll find a vibrant community of positive people who are passionate about fitness. It’s a real gym, with real people looking for real results.
WICO Fitness Centre is situated at 50 Chrisoliet St, Jukskei Park, Randburg.
When training with me, your gym fees are included in your training fees!
Training Formats & Rates
Strength & Conditioning
Are you a weekend or professional athlete looking to increase your performance, or focus on a specific area?
All forms of sport can benefit from strength & conditioning training.
Nico implements tailored functional fitness, balance work, and core work to help increase his athlete client's performance.
Nico is currently training athletes in the following disciplines:
- Mountainbiking
- Golf
- Iron Man/Woman
- Marathons
- Car Racing
- Adventure Racing
- Rugby
The same rates apply as per the other training formats. If bio services are required as well, this can be discussed at the initial session.
In Person: One-On-One Workouts
Format: 1 Hour Training Session
Personal training is customised to improve your movements and matches your daily lifestyle, capabilities, and purpose.
Want to lose weight? Fix your posture? Be a better Mountain biker?
Rates:
- 2 Sessions per week: R 2 900.00 per month per person
- 3 Sessions per week: R4 500.00 per month per person
In Person: Couple Workouts
Format: 1 Hour Training Session
Working out together means bonding while improving
together! It’s fun, challenging and great experience.
Some “we” time!
Rates:
- 2 Sessions per week: R 1 900.00 per month per person or R 3 800.00 per month per couple
- 3 Sessions per week: R2 800.00 per month per person or R5 600.00 per month per couple
In Person: Group Workouts
Group workouts are affordable, fun, and social. And a great way to get started.
Start with friends, or sign up to meet new people and get an instant support system in your fitness journey.
There are no Groups at the moment - but that should not stop you from trying to make one! You need 5 or more people to sign up.
Remote Coaching / Workout Program Design
Format: Pre-set programs, set up for you online to follow in your own time & space.
Rates:
- 4 Week Workout Plan: R 1 200.00 per month per person. One check-in in person or online per month is included.
- Additional Personal Check-in/Zoom Check-in: R350 per hour

Understanding where you are in terms of your health and fitness level will let me customize a fitness plan for you.
This is why I offer a FREE assessment before you commit to training with me.
In short, the points below, are what will be determined/discussed or happen at our first consultation;
- Health and Physical activity history check.
- Measurement of body fat percentage, weight & various body measurements.
- Your goals and what your expectations are from your training sessions.
- Filling out important paperwork and Setting up appointments for training sessions.
Client-trainer fit is also very important!
Tailored Fitness Plan/Program
Whatever your specific goal is, my aim is to give you a workout routine that is tailored to reaching your goals as effectively and quickly as possible, whilst also keeping you motivated and wanting more.
By taking variables such as strengths & weaknesses, exercise preference, injuries, schedules, weight training/cardio volume, frequency, fitness level, and intensity into account, I can design a plan perfectly suited to you.
