In Person: One-On-One Workouts
Format: 1 Hour Training Session
Personal training is customised to improve your movements and matches your daily lifestyle, capabilities, and purpose.
Want to lose weight? Fix your posture? Be a better Mountain biker?
Rates:
- 2 Sessions per week: R 2 900.00 per month per person
- 3 Sessions per week: R4 500.00 per month per person
In Person: Couple Workouts
Format: 1 Hour Personal Training Session
Working out together means bonding while improving
together! It’s fun, challenging and great experience.
Some “we” time!
Rates:
- 2 Sessions per week: R 1 900.00 per month per person or R 3 800.00 per month per couple
- 3 Sessions per week: R2 800.00 per month per person or R5 600.00 per month per couple
In Person: Group Workouts
Group workouts are affordable, fun, and social. And a great way to get started.
Start with friends, or sign up to meet new people and get an instant support system in your fitness journey.
There are no Groups at the moment - but that should not stop you from trying to make one! You need 5 or more people to sign up.
Remote/Online Coaching
Format: Pre-set programs, set up for you online to follow in your own time & space.
Rates:
- Group Workouts: R 450 per month per person
- Tailored Workouts: R 1 950.00 per month per person. One check-in per month is included.
- Additional Personal Check-in/Zoom Check-in: R350 per hour
